Duna International College - Refund Policy!

1. Prior to visa application - by admission issue: In this case only 50% of the tuition fees is refundable. The application fee (€200) and the registration fee (€200) are not refundable as well.

2. After visa approval, prior to landing in Hungary: Firstly, the visa must be cancelled and then just 10% of the tuition fee is refundable only by submitting the revoked visa. The application fee (€200), the registration fee (€200) and the accommodation booking fee (€100) are not refundable.

3. After visa approval, landing in Hungary and prior to or after enrollment at the College: None of the fees including tuition fee, application fee, accommodation booking fee and insurance fee are refundable.

4. By visa rejection: 

• All study programs except Pre-high school: €200 Euro will be deducted and the rest of the tuition fee will be refundable. The application fee (€200) and the registration fee (€200) are not refundable. Refunding will be done only after submission of the official rejection letter from the Hungarian consulate.
• Pre-high school: €200 Euro will be deducted and the rest of the tuition fee will be refundable. The application fee and the registration fee (€1000) are not refundable. Refunding will be done only after submission of the official rejection letter from the Hungarian consulate

5. Change in the chosen study program after visa application: There is no refund or tuition fee transfer in case of change request in the chosen study program or ignoring to proceed to the destination university.

6. All bank charges in case of refunding must be supplied by the applicant (€200)
